If the float were secured more properly,
I’d think there’d be no need to check both the float level and the actual fuel level.

After adjusting the fuel level, it’s better to check the fully-lowered position.

Well, work is work—things don’t always go by the numbers.
Since they’re the same carburettor, I keep all the data on “float level mm = actual fuel level mm”
so it’s quick to reference.

I block off the cylinders I’m not measuring so gasoline doesn’t reach them.
Getting it done as fast as possible is the job.

I don’t have a great impression of this filter, but I’ll install it anyway
