The petcock we had on hand because the customer asked us to install this petcock
Let me summarize the petcock details!
Mounting boss = none
Material = brass
Structure = press-fit?
No cable tie, right…
That’s a shame…
So I pondered
Now
After thinking it over
It became super glue!
The world-famous instant adhesive
Then with the label maker → I got stuck on the font choice…derailed
The super glue was just kidding
An L-shaped bend in SUS 304 = 0.8
Offset the bend position to fit
On the back side, a flange nut with a rounded head (no slots)
A little TIG welding and done
The petcock lever is surprisingly stiff
So solid mounting is better
This time I was impressed by the heat shrink tubing!
