The intake manifold still looks good.
It slides in so smoothly—I’m impressed with the RC30!
I was worried the water temperature sensor might hit, but it just barely clears.
The filter is dirty, so we’ll replace it.
It’s way out of sync. The idle adjustment screw turned about one and a half turns—did someone adjust this?
Perfect! The engine now has a crisp, clean sound.
We’ll reinstall the fairings, do a final check, and take it for a test ride to complete the job.
