GSX1100S inspection and Deco-mainte service request.

The throttle area was well maintained and looked clean.

Both levers feel good. Rather than applying oil from the outside, the basic approach is to remove them, clean them, and then apply oil.

The pedal area is the same. Don’t wait for a crash to replace parts—clean and oil them during maintenance. Smooth mounting and dismounting makes a real difference in how good it feels.

If you don’t reduce play and apply oil, the frame side will wear. Smooth mounting and dismounting at these essential points really improves the riding experience.

However, the wheel press fit is already loose, so the seating is very poor. We’ll need machining work in the future.
The rear had no issues.

The filter has been replaced and looks clean. We’ll keep the spark plug as-is.

Adjusting the synchronization makes it feel great.

Fluid replacement completes the job.
By disassembling, we can see the internal condition and plan future service items more easily.
