Let’s fabricate a brake master tank bracket.
An aluminum bracket anyone can hand-bend. It’s a well-thought-out product.
We’ll change the RCS 90-degree outlet to straight.
We remove it using a thin scraper that we’ve modified.
Changed to straight. This makes the layout much easier.
We bent a SUS304 round bar with a bender, roughly matching the shape of the mold.
We welded the collar and plate, removed the scale, polished, and finished.
We made it as low as possible.
Same goes for this one.
I think it looks cleaner.
