You really can’t tell how parts fit unless you test them against the actual bike.
Every time, these adventurous attempts come with risks, but they’re fun.

I found this rubber spray stuff, so I tried painting with it.
The fairing surface was smooth, so I didn’t want to do surface prep. I warmed up the base material while painting, then force-dried it with a heat gun. There’s definitely some grain texture to it.
It’s got a pretty mysterious vibe, and I’m the only one satisfied with it, I think?
It’s nice to have a bike that actually runs.
