This is from a while back. Better late than never, so I’m updating it now.
Starting from the back. Oil should be applied just enough and no more. I can’t recommend leaving it running constantly with extra oil.

Any spots you’d rather not touch should be eliminated.
Cleaning up all the little details.
The wheel bearings look good.
The axle is fine too.
After cleaning the calipers, I’ll give the body some moisture too—it helps prevent rust and keeps everything looking nice for a long time.
A thorough cleaning during maintenance.
