We’re making the tail pipe at sonic speed (*’▽’)
It works really well with the stock exhaust pipe from a ZRX1200 Daeg.
It’s 50.8 diameter and… angled insertion with band clamp.

We’re flaring out the collector side ( *´艸｀)
I’m a bit fuzzy on the details, but… it was 54 mm diameter.
We’re expanding from 50.8 to 54 mm～
With the right tools, it expands in a flash.
It really is all about the tools～ I’m feeling it deeply～
After getting it sharpened, the metal saw cuts smoothly and quietly♪
You can’t skimp on cutting and grinding tools…
You have to replace them frequently or they’ll burn out, get loud, and it’s the worst.
I cut out about five shrimp-shaped connectors
Since I’m rotating it by hand, the welding is all over the place.
Every time I think I should do it properly, I should do it properly, but since I only do my own work, it’s inevitable…
It’s a tool I want to get organized when I have time.
Flared out nicely and it looks just right♪
This time we’re going with the easiest option: expanding the 50.8.
Or we could use 60.5 and tighten the front-to-back insertion, but that’s too much work, so 50.8 it is.
I also made a stopper for the insertion (*´з`)
The Amazon welding sensor boss is excellent
It’s faster to just buy it. Ends up being cheaper…
And the weldability is excellent too.
We don’t have time to take it easy, so we’re going at sonic speed.
In the end, we spent about three hours on it…

We haven’t measured it, but it’s considerably lighter (*’▽’)
We’re doing something completely unglamorous.
It doesn’t appeal to the general public…as always.
Slip-on installation = anyone can install the stock version
We’re even thinking about selling it when we don’t need it & we can always go back to stock—a brilliant idea?
