Anyone would prefer tools and machines without cords rather than with them.
However, there are still differences in output and weight.
Not all tools and machines, but what you gain from “going cordless” is significant.

“Cordless” means “easier storage” and “time-saving.”
Without cords, everything looks neat. It’s obvious, but this definitely adds to time savings.
“Having a cord” means
storage isn’t organized
you need to bundle the cord when using and storing
you have to move to where the power or air is, or lay out a cord reel
mistakes from having a cord decrease
When you calculate this effort over 365 days, it’s an enormous amount of work.
“Without a cord” means
storage is neat and beautiful
taking things in and out is smooth
tools and machines are ready to use incredibly quickly

and powerful 200V compressors, some items do fall short.
The other day I decided to go cordless with an air impact
and purchased a Makita TW1001DZ cordless impact wrench.
I had anticipated the size and weight, but… it’s huge! It’s heavy!
I was quite surprised.
I thought maybe air would have been better, but air tools require maintenance like oiling.
Not having to deal with the reel rattling when using it makes me want to think it’s a wash…
The Makita heat gun HG181DZK also
takes a bit longer to produce hot air compared to 100V, and the “maximum output” is also inferior.
However, depending on how you use it, you can compensate, and if you turn on the heat gun the moment you pick it up, it’s mostly solved.
As for maximum output, concentrating the heat with the tip nozzle solves it.
In environments where you “use continuously,” you should choose “100V or air.”
However, in my case, with my usage conditions of “non-continuous use,” “lots of moving between tasks,” and “output as needed,” there are only benefits.
The result is definitely that I’ve become incredibly efficient and stress-free.

Freed from the hassle of organizing cords, I can now use tools and machines freely. This is truly wonderful.
What I realized after buying this blower dust collector is that “outdoor cleaning is fun.”
The vibration of “whoooosh” sucking up those fallen leaves is somehow “actually pleasant.”
I’d even clean in front of other people’s houses ♬
I’ve got that kind of energy now.
I really think if the neighborhood association bought one and shared it among everyone, life would become so much easier.
When I walk outside this season, I often see people bent over, spending time cleaning fallen leaves.
I wish they knew about this blower,
but in reality, maybe they’re not even looking for such a thing or don’t feel the need.
If you have the means and want to make your life more efficient, “going cordless” is definitely recommended.
