My First “Cooling Jacket” – What’s It Really Like? Makita Fan Jacket

My honest opinion.
First and foremost,it’s

just blowing air on you. It’s better than nothing without a cooling jacket, but once you use it,you can’t live without it.
That’s the feeling I get.

This battery lasts incredibly long!

Started using it from morning.
Even with some breaks, it lasted the whole day.
Voltage adjustment is really convenient.

For using with a cooling jacket,a battery with voltage adjustment

is the best option.

With multiple connections, the DC plug can come loose.

I ended up reinforcing and covering it lightly with masking tape.
It comes loose surprisingly often, so if you use multiple adapters, you’ll definitely need this.

The cooling jacket effect is weak while driving!

Obviously, when your back is against the seat, the fan gets blocked and can’t blow air.
You need to keep your back away from the seat to avoid blocking the fan.

I drove in a really weird posture and got tired ( ；∀；)

1. Better than nothing, but once you use it, you can’t stop.
2. Effect is weak while driving a car.
3. Effect is weak while riding a motorcycle.
4. Not bad waiting at a red light on a motorcycle.
5. The fan gets subtly warm with extended use.

8. Thanks to the battery, it’s not heavy (maybe because I’m used to heated vests?).

Don’t set your expectations too high.
In a really hot place,it’s like getting hit by a fan.

I didn’t even want to test drive at this temperature,so I ended up buying a long-sleeved fan jacket
as well.
