I got my hands on PIAA’s super powerful silicone wiper blades with the 5-minute dry wipe ritual for “super water repellency?”

I’m the type who likes to refresh the battery, tires, and wipers from time to time.
Well, since they’re consumables, I also want to look up the compatible part numbers.

I wanted to buy them but they took about two weeks to arrive.
I’m hoping this will give me some serious water repellency!

It’s good to know the wiper part numbers

Front wiper 81A 600mm/6 430mm
Rear wiper 5 400mm

Once you look up these part numbers, future replacements become much easier.

Replacement is easy! If it won’t come off, use silicone spray

Replacing the wipers is as simple as pressing the plastic clip and pulling them off.
However, this part can sometimes get stuck, so
spraying silicone spray before working on it makes the process much smoother.

In my case, they wouldn’t budge at all, but once I sprayed them, they came off easily.

So anyway, before the “dry wipe ritual,” you need to clean your glass windows properly.
I’m really curious to see if this will actually “super repel water.”

The logo design is really interesting (*´ω｀*)

This kind of logo is used on various products, right?
It’s a standard design, but I do feel it looks a bit cheap.

Sometimes I think it would look cooler if it were a bit more sophisticated.

So I finally got the wipers replaced.
I’m looking forward to seeing how much of a difference it makes in rainy conditions.
