I want to learn only the best parts by watching what others are doing… Well, clip-on handlebars are one of the particularly difficult components. Installation is also a hassle, and there’s a high likelihood the part won’t even fit due to interference. You can only judge whether it’s good or bad after purchasing, installing, and test riding.
The steering angle is well preserved and the position is quite good, coming forward nicely. Surprisingly, the TWO BROTHERS handlebar was well balanced… Now let’s get to work.

Challenge: To fit the handlebar in an aggressive position without forcing it into the gap between the Katana cowl and tank.
Result: The machined rigidity, beautiful anodized finish, and most importantly, it settled into the perfect position where “there’s nowhere else it could go.”

Anti-rotation stops are provided in various places for safety. This kind of attention to detail is truly important.
The base mount can be reversed for an additional ±5mm adjustment. *The image is shown upside down for clarity. When replacing, you need to lift the front and remove the top bridge.
Adjust from center to end at 350mm width. If you want to lean hard like Márquez, open it up more (*´ω`*)
It’s nice that the troublesome clamp is hidden (*´ω`*) The previous ZETA clip-on handlebar was really strict about steering angle and such.
Can’t achieve a good position because of interference is really tough. Sometimes you see it happen—installed a radial master but it interferes so the position is fixed and you wonder if this change is actually a plus or a minus. The real struggles only the owner knows don’t come across in photos.
Replacing the grips… oh right
Stock with ribs. A strong desire to prevent rotation and avoid adhesive. I’ll machine it off on the lathe.
Mount it in a jig and remove the ribs. *The image is conceptual… for some reason it went all the way through.
The key is not overdoing it. If it gets thinner = looser = risk of cracking.
Took it for a test ride on a windy afternoon.
This handlebar has a pretty good position. I’ll put a small check on it.
If I had one more up from here, it would be more relaxed to ride. Well, please take it for a spin and see how it feels. Done. *Bar ends don’t match the existing inner diameter, currently on hold.
