Going with OEM parts!
Without the torque rod, the appearance
looks much cleaner (*´ω｀*)

Since there’s a lot of work involved,
I’m going with a modified adaptation without making a caliper support

This is Version 1
OEM torque rod + 220φ conversion
The caliper support
uses the discontinued 69721-35F00.
With this caliper,
GSXR1000 rear disc (220φ)
has different clearance, so be careful.
This one’s also discontinued!
69721-18G00
Using this support converts it to 220φ.
Since the axle diameter is extra thick,
with adapters + offset collars,
there’s great flexibility.
Let’s quickly
grind down the 17!
Since it’s just a stepped collar, it’s quick
Temporary fixing complete like this!
Same pitch so you can enjoy MOS too
Haven’t checked the clearance yet.
When adapting, check it yourself.

Black and such are too ordinary…
I went with a color that looks more like gun coating.
Maybe I should have gone with white after all…
I chickened out on white though.
I asked for
as smooth a finish
as possible.
Deliberately choosing non-black is a good option (*´ω｀*)
Made a chain slider since the OEM one is discontinued.
Well, I do have a new one…
But I need to prepare for the future.
The swingarm is
thick~
Threaded it
Thought I’d need a nutter, but
it had plenty of volume,
so I just tapped and installed it.
Made the slider thick too,
so it should avoid the pivot area…
Compared to OEM rubber,
friction might
decrease
The OEM has a nice rail-like shape
but
doesn’t seem to fit well
Make it your own color ♪
