THE Hand-Bent Titanium Muffler! GSX1200 (Inazuma 1200) Installation (‘Д’)

Yep, yep! It’s been a while with the Inazuma 1200.

The stock muffler is more than adequate, but…
I have a Bright Logic hand-bent titanium muffler in stock from my personal collection, so I’m going to install it.

Truly enchanting! That’s the perfect word for a hand-bent muffler like this.

Function and beauty are perfectly fused.
It looks so cool every time I see it (*´ω｀*)

Using the same material for the slip-on is the way to go.
Using different materials at the exhaust port tends to wear more easily.

Especially with aluminum and titanium, the aluminum wears down and can suck in secondary air, causing instability.
Careful attention to detail is necessary.

For us old-timers, hand-bent is the way! The best! (*´ω｀*)

While I’m at it, I’ll change the oil too

It was incredibly dirty, which was a bit shocking…

I’m going to replace the exhaust pipe with stud bolts

Without a long tap, I can’t work on the underside of the frame.

I have 4 in stock! Oh, I see… I bought them to check the dimensions, so I’m short on them.
