The other day, along Prefectural Route 30, which runs parallel to the Kujukuri toll road in Ichinomiya, there’s a wonderful new shop with “beef bone × homemade hand-pulled noodles.” It’s stylish and very authentic in taste – it’s become one of my go-to restaurants (*´ω｀*)
It reminded me of that Hong Kong restaurant I ate at in Sangenjaya. This dried tofu is really delicious, isn’t it?
The sesame oil flavor is perfect too – this is amazing. I think everyone should order one.
Braised pork rice after a long time
I never thought I’d eat braised pork rice in Chiba… I personally prefer it spicier. The side menu items are at a very high level
The chilled chicken with spicy sauce is also excellent
Just these side dishes and beer would be enough… Ah~ I want to drink beer… But I have to drive, so I don’t drink alcohol outside at all. And honestly, I feel my daily performance drops when I drink, so I’ve almost stopped drinking altogether…
Honestly, you can skip the ramen and just enjoy the sides – you’ll be completely satisfied.
Beef bone salt ramen
I chose the flat noodles. It has quite a lot of volume, so you’ll get pretty full.
The flavor is quite authentic, so it’s very healthy and aromatic. You can enjoy the texture and deep, rich aroma, making it very delicious.
Rich sesame dan dan noodles
I chose the thin noodles for this one. Though “thin” here is more like standard ramen noodle size, if you know what I mean. That’s about it.
This is also delicious, but“Beef bone salt”is unbeatable *by our standards Next time I’d like to try the beef bone soy sauce.
The parking lot is spacious and paved, so you can safely ride your motorcycle there too. So please come enjoy Chiba’s Outer Boso area!
