When I saw them in magazines during the custom boom days, I was absolutely blown away.
Until recently they were floating around used at rock-bottom prices, but what’s the situation now?
Basically American parts, but they used to release wheels for Japanese bikes too.
Welded wheels with a buffed finish. They give the impression of being lighter than you’d expect.
The design is divisive, but I’m in the pro camp.
I always seem to end up failing because I want to block that “let’s all play it safe” vibe.
There are definitely issues like JWL compliance that make things complicated.
Well, we do sell stamps, so some people apparently don’t mind stamping them themselves… I wonder how that works out?
I’d probably go with laser myself… (just kidding).

Those ridiculously thick spokes are just irresistible…
There’s no oil-cooled version, but adapting wheels like this really lets your personality shine through and I think it’s a lot of fun.
