Extended using a long idle screw for TMR.

I’m torn on how much preload to apply to the spring… using the subtraction method…
Around 7 mm felt good when turning.
By the way, it’s M5-P0.5.
Kyohin has the same pitch too, so you might find something even more interesting if you search.
This time I used the TMR version, so it’s shorter by one carburetor length. However, considering availability and price balance, I chose this one.
I looked at various OEM parts too, but they were over 4,000 yen and I couldn’t tell if the dimensions would work—that was the bottleneck.

The plan is to spot-weld an ultra-low-head bolt to the band and fix it here.

Terminal covers are incredibly important. Without one, the risk of fire increases dramatically, so please do a quick check.
I used to love Honda OEM ones, but… actually these are discontinued too… seriously? That’s a bummer…
