Thanks for your patience. Let’s tackle the repairs and modifications one by one.

We’ll replace the stem with a machined one.

Since we just replaced it the other day, it’s still in great condition. We’ll reuse it.

I’ll pack it with NC100 Newtech grease.

When replacing the top bridge, you have to check the thickness first, or the protrusion will change even if everything else stays the same.

I have a used step bar in stock, so I’ll give you that.

Should I replace the SDA seat frame too? Well, this damage looks like it might be fixable…

I have a special clip-on handlebar, so I’ll fix everything at once.

It’s not an area that takes much stress, so it’s fine.

I’ve fixed this one too.

We’re swapping the meter for an AIM-MXL, so I’ll install a speed sensor bracket.
The welding on the cast part is a bit bumpy. Sorry about that.
The lower position looks better, but the upper position is easier to service. After thinking it over, I went with the upper.
I chose upper because when it’s lower, I’ve had trouble with it catching on the racing stand—it takes extra care.

I’ll secure the sensor with a chin-hook bracket. You can remove it from the side too, so it’s really convenient.

Here’s how it turned out.

Temporary relocation is done. I’ll handle the wiring next.

This is a headlight optical axis bracket that also serves as a brake hose bracket.
After some thought, here’s what I came up with.

I drilled one hole on the stem side. Here’s how it looks.

Not related, but the exhaust pipe has a nice luster—looks really good.
Putting this on hold for now.
