Gasoline was dripping from the intake manifold, so let’s replace it.
The air cleaner box in the rear came loose, which was good. I wish they’d stop using Phillips head screws on the pan.
They bite in and get stripped easily enough.
Hmm, it’s not coming out easily. We’ll try a chisel first instead of an extractor, but that doesn’t work either.
Since it’s a pan head, the screw comes right out once you remove the head. It’s not seized from corrosion, so there’s nothing to worry about. 
It looks like a handy item, but it lacks flexibility. The intake manifold is rubber too, so it shrinks and the clamping gets worse. The inner diameter is fixed, so no matter how much you tighten it, it just warps. When there’s a difference left and right, there’s nothing you can do about it.
So I did them individually. It looks kind of BMW-ish, which is nice. Done.
