Today we’re going to weld brackets to the brake and clutch hoses and the cooler.

The caliper and tire are dangerously close. I was torn between 45 degrees reversed or 20 degrees, but went with the latter.
If we install it as-is, serviceability suffers, so we’re using a BJB to float it instead.

Snap it off and loosen the lower section and it bows. We’ve also achieved a light floating effect with stainless steel plate and fasteners.
With this much exposure, I think it’s going to cool really well.
