Those orphaned connectors are really bothering me. I’ll take care of them while I’m at it.
I’ll check if the color matches the mating side, and if it does, I’ll remove all the unnecessary connectors.
What’s left is just the three TPS connectors.
I also modified and installed the battery charging connector.
I cleaned up the ETC wiring routing.
To recycle the secondary air, I fabricated and welded a port onto the catch tank.
I laid out the hose routing and gave the breather a sleek look with mesh tubing.
I switched to Newtech engine oil. After a test ride, the leaking stopped and everything’s running great.
