isn’t showing? It’s uneven? That kind of condition…
In the end, I removed the tire, applied wax, and made sure the tire edge was showing properly.
 

 
I wonder if they don’t notice this when they’re balancing the wheel?
That’s the kind of thing that happens, which is why I’m here at this hour.
