Regarding work and inspection requests
We do our best to handle drop-off and pickup smoothly,
but there are cases where delivery dates may slip due to parts/outsourced work lead times or incomplete paperwork.
Please plan ahead as much as possible.
Especially as it gets warmer (Golden Week and such), if there’s a delivery deadline,
please let us know by email a month before
dropping off the work.
Even if you ask, “Can you come this weekend and have it ready next weekend?”
the answer is… it depends on how busy we are!
Let’s go with a comfortable three-tile hand
and a relaxed six-tile hand!
Four tiles for a terminal, four tiles for an open-ended straight too
