In that kind of heat, taking gloves on and off when you’re sweating is a pain, right? I used to have glove liners, but they got lost somewhere during my move… Using them bare really is a hassle to put on and take off! Since I’d been using my old gloves for quite a while, I decided to get a new pair from Daytona this time.
Looking at the design and the punching pattern, I knew this was the one! I decided immediately.
First off, with so much mesh, they’re incredibly cool. And the necessary areas are pretty much all protected, so the safety level is really high.
The palm side is leather and Kevlar, so you’re well protected. Usually when you crash, your palms are what get scraped up.
And what’s really amazing is that the leather is so soft that they feel great to use right from day one. With this kind of gear, it usually takes time to break in. Being able to use them comfortably from day one is a huge advantage.
Also, when the palm leather is stiff, you usually get that pinching feeling in your palmbutthese gloves don’t have that at all.
Contrary to expectations, the smartphone responsiveness is really impressive.
They’ve really evolved… With previous gloves that claimed smartphone compatibility,“none of them actually worked properly.”

They fit snugly on the hand with excellent operability.
This should make summer riding really enjoyable. Plus, you can expect smooth on-and-off, so they’re perfect for the season ahead. These small improvements really make riding more fun.
I generally go for M size! I’m a snug-fit kind of person.
It’s amazing that Daytona sells this quality for around 4,200 yen. Daytona’s products lately really seemto be researching market demands and selling accordingly.
The balance of design, performance, and price is really excellent—it’s truly a wonderful company, I think.
