Amazing condition on this original owner oil-cooled GSX-R1100N motorcycle inspection—oil, fluid, and AGM-GEL battery replacement

Starting this month, I’d like to begin moving things out bit by bit.
The shop will gradually empty out day by day, so don’t be surprised.
There’s still some work left to do (with a few unfinished tasks), but we’re making steady progress.

Engine oil is Shell Advance Ultra 4T

It was in relatively clean condition, which was reassuring.
Since 15W-50 has quite high viscosity, I usually blend it with 10W-40 before adding it.

Brake fluid is “the trusted Golden Cruiser” DOT4

The rear brake was a bit dirty.
I think the timing for replacement was perfect.

The reliable battery is the “AGM-GEL battery”

Left is used, right is new.
The design has been quite simplified.
It’s now printed, and you can really feel their desire to cut costs even a little bit.

That said, this Proselect battery is incredibly high-performance for such a reasonable price.
It’s a battery you can use with real confidence, so if you’re unsure, give this one a try.

I also lubricated and adjusted the drive chain.
The brake disc was making some noise, so I fixed that too. I think it should be quiet for a while now.

All that’s left is the inspection, and we’re done.
