I haven’t been able to go to Chiba recently, so I have no idea how far the factory construction has progressed. It’s supposed to be completed by next week. The remaining 8 million yen + exterior work 1.5 million yen = 9.5 million yen I still need to pay… sigh.
My sense of money has gotten a bit glitchy lately. Everything costs hundreds of thousands of yen It’s scary how you get used to it.

The timing of cancellations and contracts are mixed in various ways, which is quite troublesome. I also need to cancel contracts for argon gas and wash stations and return them once.
Golden Week is coming up, so I’m really short on time.

I thought this wouldn’t happen since the shop is basically dry… But motorcycle gear is basically dirty. A lot of mold food must have been stuck to it.
It was in pretty bad shape, so I wiped everything down with alcohol on a cloth. It got somewhat cleaner, but I really need to have a professional refresh it properly.
I’m not in a rush, but “It’s better to do it sooner” I hear, so I want to send it as soon as possible.
“Shelves to be reused” – I removed them all today
In the old days, I would have wanted everything brand new and felt good about it! But somehow that kind of thinking has become a hassle.
I need to reuse whatever I can to keep costs down.
The number of incoming vehicles is limited now, so the shop is pretty empty. But I’m placing unloaded cargo and such in that empty space, so there’s never enough room.
I’ve also removed all the shelves from the processing room. I’ll keep progressing with the demolition work as time allows, so “please absolutely don’t come by to visit. ”
