They asked me to submit documentation explaining the frame and engine serial numbers…
It’s not even in the manual…
So I called Kawasaki Motors Japan right away★
Kawasaki’s service is always incredibly thorough and courteous…
I’m really grateful for that!
They told me, “The manufacturer doesn’t issue serial number documentation, so just let them know that.”
“If there’s an issue, the branch can call the manufacturer to confirm,” they said…
Back to the inspection office★
A different person said, “Oh, that’s fine…”
Seriously?
It’s cold today—feels like March weather!
I’m bummed that the whole day got wasted on this nonsense…
If everything goes smoothly, I can get it next Tuesday!
