So here we have a VTR250.
The steering is so messed up that it stays “locked” when centered.
We loosened it up and fudged it during the last Deco-mainte visit,
but the owner says it still doesn’t feel right, so we got a front maintenance job.
There’s barely any grease on it.
The lower race has clear impact marks.
The upper side still looks okay.
What’s this gunk on the inside of the frame?
Did something get stuck in there again?
The fork oil is black, like somebody’s stomach…
