The lever gets reused and fits
The fit is fine—I cut and filed it with a contour tool. That’s as far as I can push it.
I was thinking about installing the carburetor, but when I peeked inside it was so dirty I had to take it apart
A quick check turned into this…who knew it would get like this…The slide valve and diaphragm were both all gummy.
There was sediment too.
The idle adjustment screw and rubber were both cracked, so I cleaned them up with heat shrink.
I also checked the carburetor passages and gave it a good cleaning.
