Let’s replace the oil cooler hose with a mesh type.
Originally it was laid out on the upper side, but when the handlebars were turned, contact occurred, so we fabricated a critical bracket, performed welding, and reversed it top to bottom.
The oil cooler should always be floating, so we’ll handle it with a damper and sleeve.
As vertical as possible cools better. Check the full stroke and position it with some clearance.
The lower bracket with minimal twist. Using a Weld nut for this one as well to keep it floating.
A hose layout that traces a gentle, stress-free curve looks good and puts less strain on the system.
