We’ll touch up small parts.
The inside of the fender makes contact, so we’re rounding it off with a 3R radius all the way around. Relieving it with something like Versand is disappointing.
We fabricated a spacer to offset the OHLINS bracket outward.
On the right side, we’ve added extra clearance for the bracket thanks to the fender shape.
It’s made of stainless steel, but it feels a bit fragile. I thought about making a new one, but the inside is narrower than expected.
We’ll go with a remake instead.
We’ll make a gusset from SUS304 stainless steel, 2mm thick.
If we cap it and weld it, it won’t peel up.

We polished it because we were concerned about the heat discoloration.
The muffler bracket is now complete.
This is the reinforcement plate on the back of the mirror. The screen hole positions are asymmetrical left to right, so we fabricated it by fitting to the actual part.
This makes it considerably more durable.
We checked the battery height and other things because a short circuit would be scary.
