Let’s start by taking it apart to see what we’re working with.
The fork was all bent up and wouldn’t come out. The stem is bent too.
I pulled it out anyway, so now the fork won’t go back in—a bit of regret there.
The Newtec NC100 held up well, which is reassuring in an odd way.
Unfortunately, both the hub and disc are beyond repair. I’ll get you an estimate.
