First valve clearance adjustment after engine overhaul. We don’t do engine work anymore, but when we did, we would re-adjust at 500 kilometers after running.

All the cam lobes are in beautiful condition. The cam chain slack looks good too.
The cam holder tightness was no problem either. Peace of mind!

When you widen the gap, don’t put a negative between the electrodes.
A miracle—all the shims matched up! Sometimes good things do happen.
