After filling up with gas, I found myself staring intently at the car wash price list…
It would be faster to have someone wash it for me. Plus I could get other work done.
Thinking carefully about the balance between time and money is really necessary. (*’ω’*)
So I immediately called around to gas stations to send the truck out for a wash…
but none of them would accept trucks. ( ；∀；)
Finally, I found one place nearby that would take it, so I made the request right away.
One thing led to another, and before I knew it, we ended up adding a coating job too.
When they called to say it was done and I went to pick it up…
“Wow, wow, wow!” It was incredibly clean.
I found myself thinking, if it was going to turn out this clean, I should have sent it out much sooner.
Why is it that when something becomes clean, our spirits just lift?
And then, as a bonus effect, you want to clean everything else too… it’s the same with motorcycles, isn’t it?
I realized this might be a subtle but positive effect.
Lately, haven’t you noticed that things you suddenly want or decide to buy become hard to get?
I wonder if something invisible is happening in the world…
The days when you could freely get whatever you wanted whenever you wanted might be a thing of the past. That’s what I started thinking.
