Boom!
GSXR750 (GR71) fuel petcock O-ring part not in stock (;∀;)
When I asked Google to look it up…
Could my blog help?—that kind of situation came up…
Once a genius said, “There’s no need to memorize things you can just look at.”
I totally agree (; ・`д・´)

And here it is.
GSXR750 (GSX750R) GR71 fuel petcock O-ring 44348-28071
Now everyone can rest easy, right?

And we finished the replacement (‘ω’)ノ
By the way, Suzuki’s M6 fixed bolt goes all the way through.
I don’t use the OEM part here; instead I use a copper gasket. And the bolt has a flange ♪

We’ll replace the brake pads~
No rust and operation was excellent.

We replace all the pins, springs, and such.

The pads are our favorite RK-MAX 809

We made the ETC antenna and lamp detachable.
I think it’s basically better not to use double-sided tape.

Our standard stock is
Strong SJ3541J
Thin SJ4570
Basically, we hardly ever use the strong one.
I’ve used it extensively, but that level of strength isn’t necessary, and the adhesive residue is really annoying. For customers, it’s usually impossible to remove or reattach, so it’s quite a niche product.
If you keep SJ4570 on hand, you won’t have trouble securing electrical components.

And then there’s rubber sandwiched in there….
No clamping torque can be applied, and it’s a candidate for falling off. If you want to use rubber, you need to bottom it out with metal, or it won’t work.

To be generous, POM washers might be the better choice…
Our standard stock is CC-0618-10B. It’s for M6, large size, and I think it works best.
We took it for a test ride and it’s complete~ (´-`).。oO
