Z2 750RS Inspection and Various Things (´ー｀)

The Z, from my personal impression…
From the time of ordering“things don’t progress smoothly”kind of feeling.

Repros and mixed parts exist.
I’m not very knowledgeable about it…

It’s progressing (*´ω｀*)

It’s so clean, so I’ll remove what needs to be removed“and hoist it”
From now on, should I remove the meter or remove everything around the headlight…

A little laziness is the gateway to hell…
I’ve learned this through experience ( ；∀；)

The steering wasn’t requested, so it was clicking in the middle…
I’ll do a check one-two.
The oil was plentiful (*´ω｀*)

Hmm… a retainer I’ve never seen before (upper side only)
Such a product exists~

It’s quite deeply dented.
That’s a bit unusual~Well, I’ll replace it = can’t assemble today

Let’s disassemble the fork~
Wow! The oil is clean and expectations are high (*´ω｀*)

Both right and left are wobbling more than 1MM…
This needs to be sent for correction.

If only I had a hydraulic press… ( ；∀；)

I thought maybe the stem too… but it was safe (*´ω｀*)

I’ll replace the studs, so I’ve arranged things~

I started working on the lift, so for now I’ll make it roll and move it.
The stem bearings are also on order.

The headlight assembly is in the way, so I’ll remove it for now.
I want to do something about the headlight relay…

Labeling extra spots and similar connectors with P-TOUCH makes things easier in the future.
It’s only tedious at first, so let’s do our best~

Looking closely, you find things like “Oh~ Lucky♪”.
Bikes are surprisingly willing to run anyway.

Now it can roll for the time being.
With Obon coming up, I can’t see how long OEM parts and corrections will take.

I’ll send the inner tube for correction…

The Z2 750RS has little seat clearance~
There’s no arrow marking either.
Nothing really progressed today.
