Right in the middle of Golden Week! The Aqua Line is always heavily congested. But today the weather was really bad with rain, so I thought maybe it would be empty, and I was absolutely right.
So I made two round trips in the rain and brought the cargo over.
When we arrived, it wasn’t raining and it was perfect (*´ω｀*)
Watching motorcycles pass by, I thought about how it must be touring season during Golden Week. While thinking such things, I was busily carrying cargo.
We arrived safely. Since we haven’t been here during Golden Week, it feels like it’s been a while.
The floor paint might not be completely dry yet, so “the factory smells quite a bit.” We want to get good ventilation going after opening it up.
We’ll eat our usual premium loin and do round two (*´ω｀*)
Round two brought heavy rain—and I mean really heavy.
I’m checking the rain radar and waiting for the rain to let up. I’d like to take a quick nap, but “the factory smells like paint.” So I decided to head to the house next door to kill some time.
In a way, it was fortunate to experience such heavy rain. I was curious about how loud the rain would be falling on the factory roof.
Even with such heavy rain, it wasn’t as loud as I expected. Plus, the factory will have “solar panels” installed on top, so the noise will be even quieter. By the way, if we lease space for solar panels, we’ll get about 300,000 yen.
So I had no choice but to “park the car inside the factory.”
The entrance is wide and the interior has plenty of space, so “I can work on my own car from now on.” The floor was just painted, but oh well… I think it should be fine.
So on the way back, we arrived at the shop in about 1 hour and 35 minutes. Basically, if the Aqua Line isn’t congested, it’s a pretty smooth drive to get there.
But man, the growth rate of weeds this time of year is insane… It’s on a whole different level from Tokyo weeds…
