This is my second crowdfunding attempt. To be honest, I started this with some trepidation .
Basically, I’ve decided not to use the word “please” and instead I’m proceeding with a casual vibe like “We’re doing crowdfunding!” I do announce it on my blog and SNS, but that’s about the extent of my outreach.
It’s a pretty soft and mild project.

Relocating was absolutely the right decision! Environment matters in both work and daily life
The 20th-century business model still works in the motorcycle industry today. It’s truly miraculous! That’s what I think. The industry’s overall volume being neither too small nor too large is probably a good thing.
Going forward, “We can’t generate large volumes and high turnover” Everyone will be 5 years older in 5 years, and 10 years older in 10 years
A decline in motorcycle riders and shops is inevitable. In such circumstances, to keep this shop running enjoyably, what kind of course correction is needed? That’s what I thought, and the relocation is absolutely the right call at this point . Not drowning in work but thinking and acting, having time to spare is very important I realized.
“The virtue of sacrificing your own time to create something” I don’t deny it, but it’s difficult to sustain long-term. Each person has limited capacity, and “just the right amount of customers and just the right turnover” is what I think is best.
Just like with food, “If you’re served so much food you can’t finish it, you can’t enjoy it properly, right?” It’s something we often forget in our daily lives, “just right” I redesigned the shop with this in mind. Sometimes I think this might actually be the most luxurious thing in life.
For self-employed people buried in daily work with no time to spare, “Why not try redesigning your life once more?” That’s what I think.
In my case, this is my third shop in Chiba. You need to adjust this much to understand what life is really about.
So we’re aiming to create a shop that’s fun whether you’re here for work or just visiting. However, “just the right amount of customers and just the right turnover” we value this, so I hope we can share that perspective too.
