Finally Season 2. A Story of Wanting to Ride the Z1R Smoothly

It’s been a long time since I-shanten… it feels like looking at a chiitoitsu hand.
Such a banana situation happens with vintage bikes.

I think we’ll be able to deliver it mostly, but we’re proceeding without worrying too much.
This time it’s ETC and Yoshimura Progress oil temperature gauge installation~

I’ll remake the bracket. The trip meter is important

The bracket I made the other day didn’t show the trip meter.
I went with a cheap clearance approach. (；∀；)

The other day, after doing a lot of test rides, it seemed like I ran out of gas? Surprisingly, the fuel gauge might be accurate.
But there’s still fuel sloshing around in the tank, so I wonder what that was about…
I’ll look into this a bit.

It’s got a somewhat mysterious form.
I reinforced it as robustly and simply as possible, but it ended up with a mysterious design.

When I finish it with wet blasting at the end
it becomes shiny, so it looks a bit better and I can cover it up (*´ω｀*)

It’s easy to attach and detach with co-fastening (*´ω｀*)
I lowered it as much as possible to finish it without looking out of place.

I installed it like this!
The ETC antenna is pointing the right way, so it should be able to receive.

I like the Mitsuba Sankowa MSC-BE700 for ETC and don’t use anything else.
Finally, it’s being sold with setup already done, and there’s no need to do setup at mass retailers anymore.

Since I don’t know what the future holds, I stuck it in this position.
Surprisingly, what’s convenient is first“Stick black masking tape”and then stick velcro on top of it.
It’s nice that removing adhesive residue is easy when you want to peel it off.

There’s no more wasted time than removing double-sided adhesive residue…

I wonder if I’ve lost my mind? I ordered a different sensor again.
This is the second time in the past few years… Since I’ve opened it, I can’t return it to WEBIKE.

The fuel sensor wiring looks like it might break

The sensor line is becoming almost plastic.
This kind of situation is subtly stressful when attaching and detaching the tank.
Also, the fuel level and display don’t match, so I’d like to adjust it, but there’s no end to it…

I cleaned it up like this (*´ω｀*) I’ll install the air cleaner silencer and STD muffler, adjust the carb again, and deliver it.
