Things haven’t changed much, but…
Smartphone holders are incredibly convenient.

It serves as both a navigation device and a preview monitor.
These days it might be something you can’t do without.
Don’t buy mysterious, cumbersome gadgets—if you stick with this component setup, things won’t get messy.

This is how it’s configured. There are 4 components on the bike side.

Keep it as low as possible,
allow for fine adjustments,
make attachment and adjustment easy,
and ensure it won’t break from vibration.

Turn this knob in the loosening direction to make it free.
Fine adjustments are very easy to make.

Hard to see, glare—these things happen often. Fine adjustments are really important (´-`).｡oO

The biggest feature of this arm is its 4-directional grooves.

Most designs only allow 2-directional movement to maintain strength.
This one has 4 directions, so it’s completely flexible.

Like this, all the way to full lock

It’s possible to move it.
I usually keep the smartphone side close to full lock and use the other side for flexibility.

Since it’s tightened together with the mirror, positioning is even easier to adjust.

It also comes with a damper that should withstand motorcycle vibrations.

But lately I don’t attach an actual smartphone… That’s an option too.

When installed, it looks like this.

One blue lever and a twist allow for attachment and detachment.
I think it’s a well-thought-out product.

And since I own multiple motorcycles, I can remove just this part and use it on all of them.

I think it’s the most simple and functional smartphone holder.

If there’s one drawback, it’s this:
You have to buy a dedicated case. If you don’t have one, it’s a bit tough, and you can’t use Qi charging or a mobile battery on the back.

If you’re willing to compromise a bit for motorcycle use, it’s fine.
But honestly, I haven’t seen a better smartphone holder than this one so far.
