Yoshimura Slip-on KATANA (19) B-77 Cyclone
When it comes to Suzuki, it’s Yoshimura, right?
I had acquired this earlier, so I thought I’d have some fun and try installing it on the Inazuma 1200.
Since it’s just a slip-on for fun, I want to keep it quick.
The insertion is 62φ, which is somewhat unusual.
I could expand 60.5, but there’s also the issue with the stock exhaust pipe insertion.
*Basically, less modification means faster completion.
So I decided to reuse this bent pipe’s insertion.
Magnetic base (strong) – I suspended the silencer using the Accu-stand that everyone loves.
This is the first time I’ve tried this approach, and it seems surprisingly effective?
One way or another, I found myself thinking that the banana pipe really is cool.
The design is really excellent. Truly.
If you push too hard, you might end up in pain, so I’ll take it easy.
Minimizing failures is what matters most.
I cut out about 6 pieces of material for the shrimp tail pipe.
I was thinking it would be nice to have a deburring jig, but since I don’t do that at work, I’m doing it manually bit by bit.
Ideally, bending it twice would allow for more compression, but that’s too much trouble, so I’ll do a single bend
So that’s how I got the pipe layout done…
When I started the engine, it was surprisingly gentle, but the sound is quite loud.
( ,,`･ω･´)ﾝﾝﾝ? I don’t hate it.
Next, I’ll make the muffler bracket.
