I think Amazon has become an indispensable part of our lives.
• Free shipping
• Sometimes it arrives the next day
• Returns are easy
• You can get suspicious items that other e-commerce sites don’t carry
• You can watch lots of movies
• You earn points
Searching is easy, and their AI product recommendations are really good.

I basically hate Rakuten and Yahoo. Yodobashi’s returns are incredibly tedious too.
I used to sell in-stock items at Yahoo Shopping in-store, but we stopped when they redesigned it. I was shocked at how hard it was to use… (;∀;) I couldn’t keep up.
When the parent company gets bigger, there’s more to do and it gets tough, but I’d be happy if Japanese domestic companies could become a bit stronger… what do you think?
