Looking at the parts list, I still can’t quite figure it out. The headlight beam adjustment has “left/right and up/down” on the headlight rim. So the cowl shouldn’t move up and down… But I don’t see any fixed bosses or holes…
If anyone knows, please let me know.
Somehow I fixed the vertical position of the cowl to make the lens protrusion look good.
First, I made material A somewhat roughly, installed it, and bent it again.
I machined the cowl side with plenty of meat and in a position that’s easy to drill. I proceeded with as few parts as possible.
This yellow one had decent light output. It’s no problem for inspection and probably puts out over 20,000 lux.
Let me quickly change the oil.
Today is really warm and feels great. I think this is truly a wonderful season for riding bikes.
While changing the oil, I also wet-blasted the filter cover.
I was thinking about taking it for inspection when I checked the requirements… “Surprisingly loud at 106db”
The tail pipe outer diameter is an unusual size I’ve never heard of, so my usual tactics won’t work… I need to do something about it, so I’m pondering.
