The bike was running great and getting ridden hard when the clutch started slipping, so it came into the shop.
The clearance is quite generous. A tighter clearance would be more of a concern than a loose one. Checking whether it’s getting tighter or looser over time will give us a good baseline for the future.

The cam shows no signs of scuffing and looks clean. Interestingly, all the valve clearances are right within spec. This engine must have been torn down before, right?
