Let’s move on to the remaining work.

The spark plug cap has a crack. It’s using an aftermarket cord and cap with an intermediate connector, so let’s replace it with a coil assembly.

The coil is on backorder with a delivery date in July. Since we can’t wait, I checked the same pitch part number from my notebook and arranged for it. I measured the coil resistance just to be safe. It’s the same, so we’re good.

I’ll extend the horn bracket and hide it inside the fairing.

The side stand was also in a very stiff condition. Smooth in and smooth out feels great now.

Let’s clean the calipers.

The operation felt a bit stiff, but it improved with some working in. Let’s monitor it for now.

The fluid was pretty dirty. Let’s replace it once a year.

I’ll install the Yoshimura Cyclone Fire Spec.
It’s so beautifully finished that I’m being extra careful during installation.

It’s hard to believe this is machine-bent—it’s so beautiful. You can use it hard and get it dirty, and we can always refinish it later, so no worries.

It came out with a sharp finish.

The muffler bracket had some scuff marks, so I polished it. If you prefer a shiny look, feel free to polish it up.
Deco-mainte was also requested, but since there’s some overlap in the work, I only did what I felt was necessary. The test ride is complete and we’re done.
