I got the fork temporarily fixed, but…
• When the handlebar turns, it contacts the radiator
(The steering angle is too narrow for a stopper) → Move the radiator a bit
• When I move it,
Now the hose contacts the back of the radiator → Change the pipe and hose layout
• The handlebar lock won’t engage
• Fairing bracket fixed (and lowered while I’m at it)
• The meter won’t fit (the key cylinder is in a different position)
There are still more parts around the handlebar area that will come up later.
No one’s coming in today, so let me quickly

Relocated ☆ There’s a vibration damper on the bottom.
The lock doesn’t reach at all
I’m short on steel materials, so I’ll make do with what I have!
The neck section has a radius, so I’ll file down the plate and cover it
By the way, the welding ground is right on the edge, and then I weld ☆ Somehow managing in this tight space
There’s a boss on the top bridge, but the pitch is different.
This is about the limit where it strokes without making contact
