Sprained ankle first thing in the morning ★

I washed the car first thing in the morning
and cleaned the shop windows
and swept the shop interior and opened the back door for ventilation
and when I jumped down
my right foot caught on the step and I twisted it.
 

 
Of all things, first thing in the morning…
All that early cleaning was pointless.
I can walk and it’s not swollen that much
but any work I do seems like it’ll make the damage worse
so I’ve had my foot in a bucket of ice for about five hours now.
I hope it heals by next week’s vehicle inspection loading and unloading ★
