Sakae products have so many similar options that selection gives me a headache. I wish they’d narrow down the lineup a bit more.
From various experiences “Shelves that can move are better” After all rearranging is easy and cleaning under and behind the shelves is simple right? Make sure to always use casters with locks, as it can be dangerous in case of emergency.
I ordered it on June 5th and it arrived today, June 11th. This particular size apparently has low distribution volume and was almost made-to-order, so the delivery took a bit longer.
Given the price and size, I can’t afford to make a mistake with the order . Returns aren’t accepted, and if the size is different from what I expected, I’d cry.
Since the shop is narrow, I thought I’d do it at the entrance, but it was raining heavily… What terrible timing… I quickly cleared out the shop and brought everything inside.
Always inspect and sort the included screws for efficiency
When I see the screws and fasteners included with assembly products like this, I think “ugh…” But at times like that! If you sort them properly with a Ring Star box, it looks better visually and work efficiency skyrockets!
Recently, adding casters to equipment

Caster-equipped items do add a bit to the shelf height, but they’re extremely useful items . For example, sometimes things like dust bunnies roll around behind the shelves. In those cases, you can easily move the shelf and retrieve them. Cleaning and rearranging are both effortless.
So I quickly assembled both of them.
So the mobile rack is now complete. For now, the layout is temporary, but I have very high expectations for the future.
I chose dimensions of W1500 × D600 × H1380mm. It might be better not to buy the maximum size in situations like this. The larger and longer it gets, the less flexible you become.
For example, even if you want to change the layout in your shop, “the usable space becomes limited” Also, if the height is too high, “it inevitably creates a sense of oppression” “and ultimately the top items go unused” I thought a size that’s practical for daily use and at a comfortable height is just right.
It depends on how you use it, but “bigger doesn’t always mean better” is a golden rule, I think.
Assembly is easy! The instructions are a bit hard to read though
While some fastening uses bolts, the basic structure is more of a hooking design. Steel materials are basically bent thinly and have ribs raised for strength, so the overall finish is lightweight.
There are some assembly layouts that could be done incorrectly, so be careful as you assemble.
Just having this shelf arrive lifted items off the floor, so the shop interior has become much cleaner. I really felt how important the ceiling-hung shelves were at the previous shop.
By the way, since the cargo is quite large, the top plate can be dented, so if you’re particular about details, you might want to skip it. This one was also dented, but I don’t mind at all, so I’ll use it as is.

The item in the image is originally a hanger rack for displaying clothing. By extending the pin boss section, it’s very suitable for storing long materials. However, the drawback is that the width is fixed, so when items get shorter, you can’t store them.
But I’ve discovered a new support, so this time I’ll be able to store even shorter items. Try to avoid placing items directly on the floor and use the space vertically for a cleaner look and better efficiency.
When the latest model parts arrive and I install them, I’ll introduce them again.
First and last? There’s probably nothing else I can accomplish with this much time
Taking this much time away from work to invest in the shop and factory will be difficult going forward, I think.
Do the maximum I can while I’m able to. Once work picks up, it’s surprisingly hard to take care of your surroundings and equipment.
I want to create a shop with maximum work efficiency, easy cleaning, and a clean appearance.
It will take a bit longer, but please wait a little more.
