When you think about it, for just this one year
Suzuki sold them with slightly different parts, so I’m grateful?

The brake pads took a while to arrive, so things stalled out.
We’re making slow progress.

Managed to find a brand new CP3269 (*´ω｀*)

Ideally, I wanted to mount the caliper directly with a 90mm pitch AP Racing,
but there aren’t many available and it’s quite difficult.

Thanks to the search efforts, we managed to score brand new CP3269s on both sides.
Since it’s 40mm pitch, we’ll prepare Brembo supports and install them.

Nothing moves forward without the brake pads

It’s a pretty niche caliper, so it took a while to arrive.
You need to be mindful of consumables like brake pads when riding, or it might be difficult.

The disc contact width was perfectly fine.
Brake pads with a wide contact width like the CP2696 need adjustment.

Temporarily installed to check the brake hose length

The existing brake hose length falls way short, so we definitely need to remake it and we’re arranging that now.
