Z1000LTD inspection and switch replacement request.
Ultimately we had to remove all the covering and understand the internal branching. It looks like there will be fewer issues once we can see it clearly.
Honestly, the original design is pretty cryptic. The switch body grounds to the ON position with a strong structure—hmm.
The hazard button is touching the nice RODS tank. We got approval, so we’ll add a stopper.
On the left side only, we’ll lightly weld on a small piece like this and add it. After that, we can gradually grind it down and increase the cutting angle if needed.
The wiring throughout is giving off some dangerous vibes.
We’ll organize it lightly for now. If we bundle the ETC and other items too, it should look cleaner.
When we checked during inspection prep, the light won’t turn off—why?
I thought it was blue or blue, but it’s actually correct.
Following the right side, the necessary wire is dead. Probably the connectors got roughed up during import.
